Northwest Early Childhood Iowa (NECI)
(Formerly known as Northwest Iowa Community Empowerment)
We are a non-profit organization whose role is to promote the healthy development of children age birth through five. We do this by supporting the adults who are the most intimately involved in their little lives: parents, childcare providers, and preschool teachers.
We cover four counties in northwest Iowa: Lyon, Sioux, Cherokee, and Plymouth and we provide services in each.
